Introduction to this bite-sized forum

Joining one of our free lunchtime forums is a good way to discover how action learning is being used by people in roles similar to yours.

The remote (Teams) forums are facilitated by our director, Charlotte SnowdonCharlotte has spent a decade crafting various learning programmes to develop leaders, up-skill new managers, support organisational restructures and cultural changes. She uses action learning as a critical embedding tool to support individuals implement, adopt and embrace new mindsets & behaviours that deliver performance results. She is perfectly placed to facilitate these sessions coming from an L & D roles in the corporate environment.

Life-changing in that I took action after presenting to the group and my work life has improved dramatically. The training has also made me more aware of personal initiatives that can be taken to improve relationships on a daily basis. I listen more and am more reflective before acting.

With action learning, people commonly find solutions to challenges including divided teams, cross-functional conflict, poor leadership and motivation, high staff churn, office politics and more. Participants benefit personally in their roles and take away solutions from dealing with lack of management buy-in to demonstrating ROI for their programmes. They also benefit from fresh new ideas from others in the set.
