We are increasingly working with international corporations, delivering action learning both face to face and through our virtual action learning offering. This allows us to bring senior personnel from multi national organisations together without the need for travel; saving time and costs.

We have worked in partnership with Flow Group in Brazil since 2017, to bring action learning closer to organisations in South America.
Heading this partnership is Márcio Cassin, Country Manager and Partner at Flow.
Márcio trained as a facilitator with us in 2012 and is a champion of action learning in Brazil, speaking at conferences about its benefits and talking to many companies about how they might make action learning work for them in practice.
We are working together to gradually grow the potential for action learning in Brazil, and beyond, to South America more broadly.
