Our supervision circles are offered on a drop-in basis. They are for people with some experience of running action learning sets and/or have trained as a facilitator. To make sure you get the best value, we will tailor the focus of the group to participants’ needs and interests – you might want to dig deeper into dealing with challenging set members, reflect on your own responsibilities as a facilitator, or discover alternative models of action learning.
Once we meet our allocated numbers for each course, participants will be contacted for further information on their challenges and each course will then be tailored to ensure maximum value on the day.
