Please note – you must have completed our Action Learning Facilitator Training (ALFT) programme before you are able to undertake the Advanced Programme in Action Learning Facilitation (ILM Recognised).
 
Booking Information
Course fees are £595 + VAT for commercial companies, £495 + VAT for sole traders, voluntary, charity, arts & public sectors. Full payment will be due within 30 days of the invoice being issued.

Cancellations and refunds
If you decide to withdraw from the process after we have registered you with ILM we will retain a cancellation fee of £85 + VAT to cover the cost of registration and administration.
 

If you cancel or postpone this booking within eight weeks of the Advanced Programme course day, we will charge you a cancellation fee of  £175 + VAT. This due to the Reflective Learning Logs needing to be submitted a minimum of four weeks before the course, meaning we require a minimum of eight weeks’ notice to fill any spaces and avoid unnecessary cancellations.

 
Once registered with ILM you have a maximum of three years in which to complete the Advanced Programme in Action Learning Facilitation. However, we strongly recommend that you complete it within one year of your training. To complete you are required to produce a Reflective Learning Log which will be assessed and to take part in a development session – either in-person or virtual.

We need a minimum of five participants for the advanced day to go ahead – in the unlikely event we have to postpone because of limited numbers we will give you as much notice as possible.
