Jeremy Cross

Jeremy is an independent leadership consultant with over 15 years experience delivering accredited training and individual, team and Board level coaching. He has worked across commercial and public sectors with organisations such as Nike, LEGO and the NHS.

His work draws on his background as a professional tennis player and sport psychologist and a variety of previous leadership roles as a start-up non-executive director, school governor, and President of an Olympic education association. Recently a visiting faculty at Henley Business School, he is interested in developments in digital learning including techniques such as virtual action learning.

Action learning facilitation

Jeremy has delivered both cross-sector and internal action learning as part of leadership development with companies such as Dresdner Kleinwort International Bank and with the NHS and to support professional coach development with companies such as Sainsbury’s and Royal Mail.

He has also recently facilitated training to professional service firms and freelance consultants and worked with a global life science company delivering global virtual action learning sets.
