Becky previously worked as an office manager in a large global corporate for 10 years whilst studying in her own time with the Open University towards a Business finance degree.

After having her youngest child she began working with a local accountancy firm as a consultant.

Becky is now our Operations Managers, and handles all our new work enquires and organising the busy work schedules of our directors. She provides administrative support for action learning sets, and liaises with our clients for the smooth running of our programmes.
