Course Information
Courses are run virtually using zoom from 10.00 – 14.00. Participants will be contacted in advance for further information on challenges currently affecting them which will then be discussed during the session. 
 

Costs per person

£295 + VAT for sole traders, public, arts and voluntary sector organisations

£395 + VAT for commercial companies

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations must be received in writing by email to info@actionlearningassociates.co.uk. If you cancel after paying, or within 4 weeks of the agreed date for the course to start, we can only offer a refund if we are able to find a replacement. This is because courses are experiential with a limited number of participants so any late cancellation can affect the learning experience for other participants.
There will be no charge if a substitute person from the same company/organisation wishes to replace the original booking.

Cancellations by Action Learning Associates Ltd
ALA reserves the right to alter any of the course content, change the person delivering the course, and, in exceptional circumstances, to cancel a course at any time without liability. In such circumstances, delegates will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
