We’re delighted to announce a partnership with Flow Group, Brazil, to bring Action Learning closer to organisations in South America.
Heading this partnership is Márcio Cassin who will be leading the first of many action learning facilitator training programmes.
Our relationship with Márcio stems back to when he worked for Heineken, and participated in an ALA global action learning programme to equip first-line managers with leadership skills. We have stayed in touch ever since, and are very pleased that Márcio has been a champion of action learning in Brazil – speaking at conferences about it and talking to many companies about how they might use it. He sees great potential for action learning to grow in popularity there.
Márcio’s plans extend beyond Brazil. He is hoping to expand into nearby South American countries too. We wish him well and look forward to supporting Flow Group in the months to come.
