Action Learning sets don’t meet every day. However, the process can be integrated into our everyday work lives. Here is a simple workplace infographic that can be circulated to your internal teams for a reminder.

  • What impact does it have?
  • Choose something actionable this week

2. Form a Small Learning Team

  • 3-6 people with diverse perspectives
  • Use open questions to reflect on the challenge
  • Include someone who can act on it

4. Implement the Action
