Di Bligh

Senior Associate

Di has over 20 years’ experience working in local government including roles as Chief Executive and Director of Housing for a number of local authorities.

For the past eighteen years Di has worked as an independent consultant, facilitator, coach, mentor and trainer. Di also provides facilitation for boards, top level mentoring, strategic planning and policy advice in the public and not-for-profit sector.

Action learning facilitation

A Senior Associate of ALA, Di facilitates cross-sector action learning sets which bring together chief executives and directors from the public, private and voluntary sectors. Di is an experienced trainer of action learning facilitators and is currently delivering a series of action learning facilitator training programmes for campaigning organisations through the New Economy Organisers Network (NEON).
