Chris Sweetman

Associate

Chris is an Executive Coach and Facilitator who is passionate about making a positive difference to leaders, their teams and organisations.

He has over 20 years’ experience in leadership, L&D and legal roles in both the private and public sector, and specialises in working with financial and professional services businesses and purpose-led organisations.

His pro bono work includes being a volunteer coach for teachers from education charity, Teach First, and a pro-bono consultant for The Duke of Edinburgh in Wales.

Action learning facilitation

An experienced facilitator, Chris has designed and delivered team development workshops with Executive and other senior teams, as well as a range of leadership and management development programmes, business skills workshops and Hackathons.

A strong believer in the benefits of non-directive learning and reflective practice, Chris is also an ILM-Accredited Action Learning Set Facilitator. He runs sets on the Clore Experienced and Emerging Leaders Programme, as well as with clients in the social housing and legal sector.

Coaching

Chris is a qualified Executive Coach and Mentor and offers both one-to-one and group coaching for senior leaders and their teams. Clients value his listening skills, his ability to provide a safe space and his warm, yet calm, style. He also delivers coaching and mentoring training programmes for clients looking to introduce a coaching culture, or move to a more coaching style of leadership.
