Action Learning: Crossing Cultures Webinar

Action learning is a powerful tool for learning and problem-solving. It entails posing questions in small groups and enabling participants to reach their own solutions.

What happens, however, if participants come from cultural backgrounds where posing questions in this way could feel strange or difficult? How can we adapt action learning so that it works well in different cultural environments?

If you have experience of cross-cultural action learning or would be interested to learn more, do join us for this conversation!

What will you learn?

  • Awareness of potential cross-cultural issues in action learning groups
  • Practical facilitation tips on how to address them
