Working in close proximity to our teams is becoming a distant memory for many. What role could action learning play to keep teams bonded, focused and attached to one another when spending such a prolonged period apart?
For the last 6 months we have been helping clients adapt and prosper using virtual action learning, a tool we have been using for the last 8 years, to build cohesion and co-operation. In this webinar, Ruth Cook will explore the applications of action learning she has used to build teams in a remote world.
The webinar will include:
- What action learning might offer teams working at a distance
- Guidelines for using action learning in this context
- Challenges facilitators could face using action learning with teams
There will also be a live Q&A session, when we’ll invite participants to ask Ruth questions about particular challenges they are facing with their teams.
The webinar takes place on 9th November at 2.30pm – 3.15pm and you can register to attend here.
We hope you can join us.
