How to succeed at change leadership – open course

We have heard for some years now that ‘the only thing that is constant is change’. Few, however, could have anticipated the scale and complexity of the challenges we have faced in 2020 and, in the mix, some valuable opportunities too.

This short, practical course is designed for leaders and managers, and delivered online to equip you, as you equip others, to survive and thrive in the midst of change.

During this half-day course, you will explore insights and ideas that will help you grow as a confident, competent and credible change leader.

You will learn:

  • Covid-19 related scenarios in the workplace
  • The differences between change and transition
  • How different people respond to change, and why
  • How to identify what people need during change
  • How to support people through their transitions

The programme

A group of between 6 and 10 participants will work together through a programme of theoretical knowledge and practical application. The half-day session will last from 1.30pm to 5.00pm (UK time), with a short 15-minute break.

You will go on to create your own personal development plan to continue your progress as a successful change leader.
