The Clore Social Leadership Programme has just announced their new Fellows for 2013 and ALA is looking forward to working with this new cohort from January 2013. The 18 successful applicants have won a place on a unique personalised leadership development programme which includes action learning sets. ALA has worked with CSLP since January 2010 when the first cohort of Clore Social Fellows started their programme and has also trained a number of Fellows as action learning facilitators.
The 2013 cohort includes for the first time aspiring leaders working internationally for UK based organisations as well as emerging leaders working in voluntary sector organisations dealing with issues such as homelessness, the environment, health, vulnerable young people and supporting elderly people.
Siobhan Edwards, Director, Clore Social Leadership Programme said “Action Learning has proved to be a core element of the Fellowship, providing a framework for the sharing of learning and experience between the Fellows in a way that is at the same time challenging and a ‘safe space’. We continue to enjoy working with ALA, and remain impressed by their thoughtful and rigorous approach to engaging with our programme and Fellows.”
