Nick Wright

Nick is a qualified and experienced psychological coach and organisation development (OD) consultant. He brings 25+ years’ experience of working in leadership development, coaching and OD roles in organisations with a social purpose in the UK and internationally.

Nick has a particular interest in developing critical reflexivity and critical reflective practice through coaching and Action Learning and in working cross-culturally. He has conducted assignments in 14 countries to date and teaches English to speakers of other languages in his spare time.

Action learning

Nick has trained leaders in Action Learning facilitation and facilitated Action Learning sets for leaders, managers and professionals. His experience ranges from facilitating Action Learning for geographically-dispersed global leaders through to facilitating sets for local practitioners.

Nick pioneered inter-agency Action Learning sets for leaders in the UK-international non-governmental organisation (NGO) sector and has had a number of articles and blogs published in this field, including by the Revans Institute of Action Learning & Research.


Alongside his Action Learning work, Nick provides individual and team coaching and coaching training for leaders, managers and professionals in a wide range of different roles, sectors and countries. He specialises in developing existential, psychological and systemic insight and practice.
