Jennifer is an experienced leadership and team coach who has delivered over 500 hours of 1-1 coaching over the last 8 years, following her early career as a fundraising manager. She works with clients to help them set and meet inspiring goals, fulfil their potential, navigate challenge and ultimately perform better.
Accredited with the International Coaching federation (ICF), Jennifer’s clients predominantly include directors and heads of department across the not for profit, public and corporate sectors. She also works with CEOs of small organisations and self-employed creatives and consultants.
Jennifer also designs and facilitates management and leadership development programmes some of which are for global audiences and facilitated remotely. She runs team coaching sessions within the corporate and charity sectors and designs and delivers workshops to help employees stretch themselves and get more out of their working lives.
More recently Jennifer has been asked to speak on the subject of leadership at a variety of networks including The Lucidity Network and the Institute of Fundraising. She runs a guest lecture each year on the postgraduate HR course at Sheffield University on when and how to hire a coach.

Action Learning Experience
Jennifer has been incorporating action learning principles into her work since her role as Learning & Development Manager at VSO where she created management development programmes with a strong action learning component. More recently she runs a global management development programme which uses action learning principles. Jennifer is a strong believer in her own development as a coach and facilitator and as well as 1-1 supervision, attends group coaching supervision which is run using an action learning model.
Jennifer initially trained as a leadership coach with The Forton Group in 2011 having made a career change into an in house Learning & Development Manager role, following a decade long career as a fundraising manager. She followed this up with further study around coaching leaders with Ben Renshaw of Success Intelligence, team coaching, again with the The Forton Group and career coaching with Full Circle. She is also an accredited EBW (Emotions and Behaviours at Work) practitioner.
