Andrew is a managing consultant with wide experience in organisational, people and quality development to achieve service improvement and excellent customer focus.  He is highly experienced at initiating and project managing innovative interventions in the public and private sectors to meet strategic business objectives and drive change.  His experience of managing cutting edge change and development programmes spans central and local Government, banking, Government agencies and the voluntary sector.

Action learning facilitation

Andrew is an experienced action learning facilitator and accredited by the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) to deliver action learning facilitator training. He has delivered accredited action learning facilitator training programmes for many organisations including ZSL, The Defence Academy, NSPCC, Burton Hospitals NHS Trust and East Midlands Leadership Academy. Among recent projects Andrew has designed and delivered development programmes for National membership organisations (ADEPT and AYM) and the London Mayors Office which included a series of action learning sets for senior managers. He also regularly facilitates virtual action learning sets alongside Leadership Programmes for organisations such as the Clore Foundation and Ernst & Young.

Consultancy and leadership development

With an extensive background in organisational development within voluntary sector organisations, local authorities and management consultancies Andrew has been working as an independent consultant for ten years. His early career experience was in the commercial banking sector, and then in quality development and service improvement with local authorities. He has designed and led assignments but also worked as an interim manager for various clients.
