After a successful pilot year Fusion has been launched for a second year. Leaders from across The Body Shop and L’Oréal connect and build relationships across the business. Each participant on the programme identifies a leadership challenge and works on the action they will take using their peers in the learning community.
The core of the programme is action learning facilitated by ALA’s two Directors – Ruth Cook and Sonja Antell.
Feedback from last year’s Fusion pilot said that the action learning element of the programme is what people found most valuable.
