Action learning facilitator training
Action Learning Associates offers specialist training for individuals who want to become facilitators of action learning sets. Each programme offers a small group (maximum of 6) immersion in the process for an intensive three days. Skills and competences are taught using action learning methodology.
Each participant has the opportunity to practice facilitating a set. The programme enables each individual to experience being a member of an action learning set and to receive feedback from peers and the trainer on their facilitation skills.
The programme is accompanied by a trainer’s handbook and covers:
- Different models of action learning
- Practicalities of setting up new sets
- Evaluating action learning
- Skills of facilitation
- Troubleshooting tips
- Handouts (which can be reproduced if credited)
Programmes are arranged according to demand but are generally held twice a year, non-residentially, generally in central London.
