Supervision groups for coaches, mentors and facilitators

Supervision groups enable you to share experiences and learn with peers in a group facilitated by an experienced coach. Joining one of our supervision groups ensures you commit to a regular time for your individual professional development.

Action Learning Associates offers supervision groups for coaches, mentors and facilitators who work with groups or individuals. These groups meet once a quarter for a half day either face to face or virtually using an audio facility.

Groups are small (a maximum of six to eight people) so that everyone has the opportunity to reflect on their work, make greater sense of difficult and complex work situations, share good practice and gain feedback from their peers. Groups work with a variety of techniques including action learning, group supervision and individual supervision observed by group members. Participants are provided with a continuing professional development certificate for attendance.
