Disability Action Learning Initiative (DALI)
Funded by the Cultural Leadership Programme DALI is an action research project run by five disabled women working in the arts in leadership roles. ALA has worked with DALI to train the project founders to facilitate action learning sets and more recently to provide action learning facilitator training for deaf and disabled people as part of the Take Action project.
