Peer consultancy – action learning sets for experienced facilitators
Action learning sets for independent consultants and HR professionals offering:
- Shadow consultancy – the opportunity to talk through specific pieces of work and find alternative approaches
- Peer supervision – investing time in getting to know a small group of consultants who could offer you support and challenge
- Continuing professional development – exploring alternative approaches to action learning and testing out the quality of your contribution to a group.
Sets meet for six days over 18 months on dates that the participants agree between themselves. There are between five and seven members of the set and they meet at Action Learning Associates’ central London base (near London Bridge).
