Change can happen!

With 2018 well under way, the world has already been faced with new challenges, including the thorny subjects of sexual harassment in the workplace and the safety of our children when in school.

Campaigns such as #MeToo and #MarchForOurLives have given us renewed hope that change can happen, if the will of the people is there, and collectively we have the courage to speak out.

Our work with action learning is often focused on bringing about change, helping people at an individual level to pause, reflect, and consider how they could do things differently to achieve a different outcome, a better result.

ALA case studies series

We’ve just published a series of case studies of our work for larger corporations, each with their own unique set of challenges, but all with one thing in common – the desire to bring about change.

You can access these case studies here, to read in your own time.

Action learning with global reach

And as we strive to make the world a better place, our work in virtual action learning – distance learning without the need to travel, has helped us expand internationally, with particular focus right now on delivering action learning in The Netherlands, in Sweden and Denmark. Take a look at our international work here.
