Booking a place
Courses are limited to six participants but we need a minimum of five to enable the course to run.
We will send you an invoice for the full fee, and we are happy to accept payment by BACS or cheque. If you wish to pay by credit card we will send you a PayPal invoice for the full fee. All invoices are due for payment within 30 days of the date of the invoice. Please indicate on your booking form how you would like to pay. We will hold a provisional place for you whilst your payment is being processed and your booking will be confirmed once we have received cleared payment.
We run a short pre-course briefing session to ensure everyone is comfortable with the technology and to agree whether to use Skype, on-line or telephone conferencing. We will agree a mutually convenient date for the first three and a half hour session and then agree subsequent dates at the first meeting. An administrator organises the sessions and provides back-up should there be technical problems.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations must be received in writing by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you cancel after paying, or within 4 weeks of the agreed date for the course to start, we can only offer a refund if we are able to find a replacement. This is because courses are experiential with a limited number of participants so any late cancellation can affect the learning experience for other participants.
There will be no charge if a substitute person from the same company/organisation wishes to replace the original booking.
Cancellations by Action Learning Associates Ltd
ALA reserves the right to alter any of the course content, change the person delivering the course, and, in exceptional circumstances, to cancel a course at any time without liability. In such circumstances, delegates will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
