Action learning facilitator training for leaders

Further to our recent webinar demonstrating the use of action learning for leaders, we are running a follow-on 3 day programme in action learning facilitation.

This course takes place from 6th – 8th February 2018 and will focus on how to run action learning sets in your own organisation, or practice, to enable your people to find new ways of approaching and resolving issues and challenges in the workplace.

During the 3 days we will investigate different applications of action learning specifically for those in a leadership role, drawing on examples of our work with a range of global organisations.

You’ll have the opportunity to take part in action learning sets and explore how to use your learning to resolve real life issues that you bring to the group.

This course is open to all, and is designed as a follow on to our webinar. If you missed the webinar and would like to view a recording you can do so here.

Places are limited to 6 on this course, so please do book early to ensure you secure a place.
