Toby Lindsay
An independent executive coach, consultant and facilitator, Toby Lindsay is a values based practitioner who is passionate about enabling and facilitating learning and development with people and organisations. With a background in delivering personal and professional development for international students Toby is the founder and former principal of Regency College - a highly successful British Council endorsed English language school.

An experienced trainer and facilitator, Toby works with an inquiring, light touch, high impact style with a focus and commitment to achieving results. Recently completing the Professional Development Award in Action Learning Facilitation with ALA, Toby has enhanced the skills he acquired whilst undertaking a self-managed Masters Degree in People and Organisational Development at Roffey Park.

A tenacious and astute entrepreneur with strong commercial skills Toby founded Regency College in 2003 and has driven growth to a turnover of 1.5 million. Now a non-executive director of Regency Group, Toby is building his business as an independent coach and facilitator. Toby brings to his coaching and facilitation considerable organisational development experience in building trust, establishing an executive and management team and building/shaping organisational culture. As a business coach he uses a largely non-directive approach helping the client move forwards, set goals and make sense.
As Principal of a foreign language college Toby is experienced in design, delivery and assessment of a wide range of learner programmes including external validation by Edexcel and the University of Wales. Founder of Practical Books ELT and Gulliver Experiences – a work-experience programme for international students he has maximised business and development opportunities for the college, its staff and clients.
Recent customers for executive coaching include Pete LaRaus, Country Director, Save the Children, Columbia. Customers for leadership development programmes include video games company Zoe Mode of Brighton.
