Action Learning Associates
Liz Bacon
Liz is an independent coach, facilitator and management development consultant with eight years in the field. Her background as a senior manager with a number of retailers as diverse as Harvey Nichols and IKEA means that she brings a commercial and outcomes focussed approach to her work. Working in this results’ driven environment, she developed a keen interest in supporting people to change their behaviour in order to make the shifts that would help them to enrich their careers and aid their personal growth.
Action learning facilitation
Liz trained as a facilitator five years ago and since then has been involved in embedding action learning as a means to supporting management, leadership and cultural development. She has also built and managed an internal resource of facilitators – people for whom action learning facilitation represented great individual development - to supplement organisation wide development initiatives. As a facilitator Liz has worked with senior and middle managers from a variety of different fields including marketing, financial analysis, strategy and retail.

- Co creating and launching a fast track management development programme with stretching entry criteria and high profile opportunities for participants
- Co creating and implementing a very large programme for senior and middle managers designed to impact on the management and leadership capability of individuals and teams thus impacting positively on the organisational culture
