All our Associates are highly experienced action learning facilitators who offer wide-ranging skills and experience from a variety of professional backgrounds across the business, public, voluntary, arts and cultural sectors. Experienced managers in their own right, they come together under the umbrella of Action Learning Associates to offer some of the best action learning facilitation skills in the UK. A number of Associates also provide first class training in action learning facilitation. Director, Ruth Cook sets the standards and ensures Associates work to a common model of action learning.
