Sibylle von de Fenn
Independent management consultant and facilitator Sibylle von de Fenn has recently joined ALA as an Associate. A specialist in organisational and transformational change for international organisations, Sibylle works across Europe, Africa, Asia and Latin America using her well honed language skills in French, English and her native German.
With a background in HR consultancy and a charted organisational psychologist, Sibylle has over 20 years experience in corporate change management, strategy and talent development.
She trained as an accredited action learning facilitation with Ruth Cook in 2010 and regularly uses action learning and other collaborative techniques with organisations and businesses as part of large scale culture and organisational change programmes believing action learning helps organisations take advantage of their collective intelligence.
