Dr Geetha Balasubramaniam

Geetha is a management development and training specialist with over 15 years experience. She has run her own consultancy for the last 7 years. Prior to setting up her own business, Geetha worked for the BBC for 19 years as producer, presenter and trainer. Her last appointment at the BBC was that of functional Head of Management Training.

She assists organisations in the areas of strategic development, leadership development, team and individual development, group facilitation and action learning sets. During her time at the BBC, Geetha was involved in a number of change initiatives and that experience has provided her with the skills and knowledge to be an effective facilitator for organisations experiencing change or planning to introduce change. She is also in demand as an executive and/or life coach for Senior Executives in many organisations.

Geetha has a wide range of Public and Private sector clients. She is an Associate of the Chartered Management Institute and works on their Supervisory, Certificate and Diploma programmes as well as provides tailor-made workshops for many of the Institute’s clients.
