Dr Geetha Balasubramaniam

Geetha is an organisation development consultant and executive coach with over 20 years experience. She has been working in the public and private sector in the UK and abroad for the past 20 years. She gained her PhD from the Ohio State University and worked for the US Federal Food Programme before moving to the UK. Geetha worked for the BBC for 19 years before becoming a freelance consultant. Whilst at the BBC, she was involved in a number of organisation development interventions.

Much of Geetha's work is in the areas of leadership development, team development, developmental coaching, action learning sets and providing 360 degree feedback. She has also designed and delivered assessment and development centres for organisations to enhance their ability to recruit and retain talent. She is qualified to use a range of psychometric tools and has a special interest in using values based cultural transformation tools. Geetha's current clients are from higher education, NHS, media and insurance.
