Deborah is an Organisational and Coaching Psychologist with has over 25 years experience in training and consultancy.

Current and recent clients include Amnesty International UK, the BBC, Boots the Chemist, Brighton and Hove City Council, Bristol City Council, BUPA, the Financial Services Authority, Hewlett Packard, IKEA, Orange and the Red Cross.

Deborah is presently engaged with exploring how to live her own values in her work and life. This means she is actively involved with environmental issues, and helping organisations become socially responsible places. She has warmth, humour, and a genuine interest in people and their well-being.
