Anita is a highly skilled Executive and Career Coach, Positive Intelligence Mental Fitness Coach and Trainer and Organisational Development Consultant. Recognised as an expert in Emotional Intelligence, she is also an international keynote speaker.

Passionate about people’s engagement, development and well-being, Anita brings more than 20 years’ experience in leadership, organisational change and development consultancy roles, working across public and private sectors in France, Scotland and internationally, often in a culturally diverse and fast evolving environment. With a natural talent for listening and communicating empathically, she persistently stays true to her values of authenticity, respect, courage and ethics.

Action learning facilitation

In her 10 years’ experience as an action learning facilitator Anita has delivered many in-house action learning sets as part of large scale Leadership development programmes, organisational change projects and team development.

She delivers action learning as part of her voluntary work for a cancer charity to support women back to work after their treatment, includes this approach to her Women in Leadership programme and regularly uses action learning to support group coaching in her private practice.


Over the past 13 years, Anita has coached numerous executives, senior managers and entrepreneurs on topics such as change management, talent management, leadership development, staff engagement, stress management and career development.

Building on her expertise in emotional intelligence, she is particularly skilled at helping clients become more self-aware, self-confident, and improve their resilience and interpersonal communications.
