Melanie has worked in Human Resources for over 15 years, both in the UK and the Middle East and brings a wealth of experience from this background. After a career break to have her two children she is now applying her impeccable organisational skills to provide administrative and marketing support to the team, as well as looking after clients who are booked on our open courses and who are going on to complete their ILM endorsed award.
Helen is a versatile office co-ordinator with extensive experience in office management both in the UK and her home country of Canada. Since 2000 Helen has run her own freelance business providing effective office support for small businesses. Acting as PA to Managing Director, Ruth Cook, Helen juggles Ruth’s busy work schedule as well as providing administrative support for action learning sets and other clients.
With extensive experience and knowledge of business administration, Diane has worked since 1997 as a virtual assistant providing efficient and effective administrative support services for Action Learning Associates and other small businesses. Diane handles contractual and financial client liaison. Diane also helps bring together clients from all sectors to form effective action learning sets for leaders.
